I was at Makhwabuye Primary school yesterday Sunday and this is what I saw. They have 5 classrooms only, meaning that 3 classes learn under trees or do not learn at all. Most of the existing classes have no cemented floors, exposing learners to jigger attacks. In this era of CDF and devolved funds, this is totally unacceptable. Even if we had one harambee a year, we are capable of building this school. This is Kakamega County, not Turkana. At whose desk does the buck stop?
