I was at the Safeway on Alhambra near J St in downtown Sacramento earlier tonight at about 7:07pm...there was an Italian harassing vagrant that was asked to leave the property, there was a Hispanic Security Officer who would not call the police...A Safeway Employee..Female Italian came out of the store yelling at the Italian Vagrant customer telling him to leave the property...and he would not...She told the security guard, a Hispanic to call the police, he would not. He was actually watching the customer and stated, he wasnt in the store and felt as though he did he job satisfactorily. He argued with me stating, you do something if you can do my job better. I stated he must have gotten hired by the store manager, who is a Lopez. Its the Vato Loco network that are abusing their connections and the jobs they are getting based on their connections that are making many companies look bad.
