I was at the store today and a dude said damn man you been lifting! What you bench? I said last time I maxed out at about 405 lbs. But I dont max out anymore after I hurt my rotator. He then goes on and on about how he got too old to be working out like that. He says Yea you look good brotha, I was ripped up like that back when I was young like you. Im a let you young guys have it tho I said thanks, how old are you? He said Im 36... Yea how old are you about 25, 26? I said actually Im 37 so Im older than you most uncomfortable 60 seconds of awkward silence ever. Take care of yourselves people.
