I was awakened at 4:30AM by a poignantly vivid dream that brought me back 24+ years. And there I am, sobbing as I process something I clearly repressed and kept submerged all these years. There must be some powerful planetary shifts happening. I know mercury is retrograde…but 24 years? I just went with it and allowed the processing to unfold. As I greeted the dawn and the sweet dewy scent of the hillside’s wild grasses, I was calmed by the approaching light and knew it would help lessen the discomfort and eventually transform the energy. I wanted to share this as I feel it is an important reminder, for we all have buried traumas, no matter how big or small, and when they bubble to the surface for release, will you allow it, or shove it back down because it is inconvenient? The freedom and forward motion that can only occur when we allow our psyche to let go and just be in the darkness for a bit provides an enormous reward and a pathway to higher desires. True spiritual evolution happens when we allow ourselves to be the human we came here to be.
