I was born into a brahmin family. I could not choose. When I was - TopicsExpress

I was born into a brahmin family. I could not choose. When I was 18, I was required to wear a sacred thread across my chest and to keep a shaved head. My hair were shaved. I let them grew as fast as they could. At 20, I gave up the thread. At 22, when I grew sensible of the choices I make,I renounced Brahminism. I am not a Brahmin anymore but I am prejudiced in the all the exams and government jobs across the country for being a brahmin on the absurd grounds that it were my ancestors who discriminated amongst classes. I am a believer of women emancipation. I believe that by subjugating women, men have worsened things for themselves .Uncountable evils haunt a society which subjugates women. A country must adhere to safeguarding the interest of women as much as possible. But I have to swallow feminists writings and speeches launching clamorous diatribe on all men. Once again, I am being held responsible for being a patriarch. Why not then, Muslim citizens of the world be held responsible for Islamic terrorism? The whole of middle east is burning due to Islamic terror. India is being plagued by this deadly virus for decades now. Australia followed by Pakistan - does this gruesome act of cowardliness still not open your eyes? Do the muslims ( not all)still believe that these people are fight for a divine cause? Jr Owaisi openly defames Hindu gods and goddesses in front of a muslim crowd in Hyderabad and what appalls me the most is the cheer he gets from the crowd. He challenges the administration to remove policing for 15 minutes and then see the might of 15 crore muslims as they wipe out the entire Hindu population from India. He makes fun of the revered Hindu god Ram.Sr Owaisi ( the more sophisticated ) supports and protects his brother. Nothing happens. Subhramaniam Swamy says India should get rid of Islamic terrorism and his house is ransacked. Pakistan butchers our soldiers and one of their army personnel , Adnan samis father,is allowed to release his book in Delhi containing the memoirs of the war he fought against India? Is this the honour that we give to our soldiers who laid down their lives in order to protect us? That we allow their murderers to release their books in India? Is the reverse also possible? Is this what Secularism is all about? They will not sing Vande mataram as it equals to idolatory. Then please come out with your own version, anything that praises the land. Can their be anything more disgusting than watching an entire locality of muslims bursting crackers in Delhi when our national cricket team loses a crucial match ? No ,there cannot be. Atleast not for me.
