I was challenged by my facebook friend Deborah Dorey Wilson to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS aka Lou Gehrigs Disease.. This is my video of my challenge and My husband Chris Blickenstaff was more than happy to help me out.. actually he was thrilled lol lol.. so this is how it works.. If I challenge you to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, you MUST dunk yourself in icy cold water within 24 hours AND pay a $10 donation to ALS........OR you MUST pay a $100 donation to ALS.......your choice.......
