I was checking on some videos of Manila during WWII, when I stumbled upon this portion of the vid @40:33 mark. I believe it shows the tip of the top section of the El Hogar Building, and the video seems to have been shot from the rooftop of the now Juan Luna E-Services Building just right across it. I think this is one proof that should strengthen the claim of the heritage conservation advocates that El Hogar needs to be declared as a Heritage Building.
