I was fortunate enough to see the 3-D Toy Story double feature in theaters back in 2009, and if it proved anything, it was this: as wonderful as mostly (*cough*Cars 2*cough*) every Pixar movie is without 3-D glasses, a stereoscopic Lamp picture is pure eye-candy. I dont think Ratatouille needs the upgrade, but The Incredibles in 3-D would help it fit in better with the ever expanding repertoire of 3-D comic book films, especially considering that its already a pixelated Fantastic Four. Also, once these films are converted, only WALL-E and a bugs life are left. And WALL-E in 3-D would be blissful. Just imagine the stereoscopic dust clouds. Just imagine.
