Construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline enjoys broad bipartisan support and would create thousands of jobs while decreasing our dependence on Middle Eastern oil. Increased access to affordable and secure North American energy here will help Central and Eastern Kentucky families by providing them with relief at the pump and more affordable goods and services —ultimately helping them take better care of their families. It is time to build the Keystone Pipeline and I urge the Senate and President to quickly approve this legislation.
