I was going to post something positive about this company. Now I am not. I mailed them last Thursday with a simple request about my newly bought graphics card. Today is Monday of the following week and I have still not received a reply on my e-mail. According to their website, I was promised a free game with the purchase of my card. At home, I opened the box to reveal that no game was included. No biggy. People make mistakes. So I email them enquiring about this slip up, and it seems that their preferred method of dealing with this sitiation is total ignorance. Just thought that you people would like to know. Avoid if possible.
