I was having doubts about his story. Because he said: we are a minute from our destination. Not home or house, but destination. It just sounded weird to me. Then he said the victim said: dont shoot me, but before he could get the sentence out, the cop shot him like an animal. Did the victim say it or did he get shot before he could say it. But then I thought, I should stop being so critical. What the friend is retelling is difficult under these circumstances. He has now told this story many times to many news sources and it is the same. Plus there is another witness that tells a similar story. So I am back to my original gut feeling, which is, our military police are in big trouble for what they have done to this community. But I am still curious why both statements from both witnesses are being shared to the news outlets, but the police have not bothered to collect these statements.
