I was impressed with my visit to Ricos Martial Arts for the cycling challenge. I always though the martial arts were about fighting, but they teach discipline and respect, qualities that are sometimes lacking in young people. If you have children from 3 year old on up, the classes may be for them. Mr Rico is offering a 10% discount on an introductory package through the month of May if you mention Aspen Creek Cycling. Perhaps if enough people sign up, he will not have as much time to ride and I may be able to catch up with him
