I was in Mexico, yesterday. As I was looking at the women, I have a habit of REALLY looking at how, culturally, women apply make-up differently depending on location and local styles. The border region is waaaaay different than the interior of Mexico and the Tucson Mexican/Americans have a whole style all their own. It is an American regional phenonenon, also. I find it fascinating what women think is complimentary to them, and what is accepted and expected.
