I was incredibly moved recently, reading the story of a lady who was searching for the person who helped her over Christmas. The woman was in serious distress at Kings Cross, when a stranger stopped to help! It was the words used that brought me to tears if youre going to stand there, so will I Woah... Dont cross the road folks, dont be afraid to stop and talk to people that are clearly going through hell. Also if its yourself in the darkness, understand, help is out there. Remember, where you are now is not your final destination, whatever youre going through, keep going, keep fighting, and keep getting up when youre knocked down. Make a vow right now, to become your best, in every part of your life. However many hurdles you have to smash through, dark days you have to fight and challenges you face off, keep reminding yourself, this is the journey to your best. Dont go it alone, start to realise by helping others, you are helping yourself. Be that person who says to strangers if youre going to stand there, so will I...Then watch as you become unstoppable.
