I was jumpstarting a vehicle in my driveway, trying to get the dang clamps to hang on to the side posts while the truck was running, AND ULRICA JUMPED INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT!! I completely flipped out, screaming at her, envisioning mangled dog and blood everywhere. That dog is so lucky. Nearly a five foot jump, over a heavy duty grill guard, and all I heard was a little contact on the fan belt. No scrapes, no crushed limbs, not even a manicure! Im typically very mindful of potential safety hazards, and that would have been a hard lesson.
