I was just back from the meeting with Kalyx Consultants and Industrial Relations Dept. Shirlyn and Shovyn were late about an hour. Anyhow, I waited for them for the meeting. I insist for reinstatement as that is the purpose I file the case with Industrial Relations Dept. Otherwise, I will go for the civil court to ask for the justice, compensation and goodwill. I am not greedy. I dont want money but I want audit works and experiences so that I can apply for my audit license with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) after gaining enough audit practical experiences. I do not want to use other people audit license for the practice due to integrity and sense of humanity. The meeting was not fruitful as each of us was unable to come into compromise. However, this was the last meeting. It is pending for Kalyx Consultants to find and propose solutions. I do not tell about the deadline giving to them but I will write in to Industrial Relations Dept to ask about the deadline given, since Kalyx Consultants will only be convince and confidence on the so called Black and White. In fact, they are right. Verbal is unable to constitute an evidence. As such, I will work for the way as they request, that is, to document down what have concluded.
