I was just informed of a situation by a friend that happened here is Shawnee, Oklahoma yesterday. My friend is an assistant manager of a store here. A dog came into the store and was obviously very hungry and thirsty. She fed and watered the dog and noticed the dog had a rubberband around his penis and obviously it was very red and swollen. Shortly a man came into to collect the dog and she told him she was not giving the dog back because of the obvious cruelty. She also told him the police were on the way. The man told her the dog had a tumor and it would cost $1,000 for the surgery and a vet had told him to put the rubberband around the dogs penis. The police arrived and gave the truck driver back the dog!!! I am attempting to get the pictures that were taken by someone else and the numbers of the dogs tags. Pray for this sweet baby♥♥ I will update as I get more info!!!
