I was just thinking back to the womens conference I keynoted at this past weekend. We were talking about the 5 Passion Principles for Living an Inspired Life: Passion, Purpose, Potential, Possibility and Power. More than half of the women in the audience were retired or about to retire. Most of them lived in small farming communities and had driven in for the conference. The three take-aways I wanted my audience to leave with included these ideas: 1. Everyone has a passion. 2. You have to name it to claim it; and 3. It is doable. One by one each woman in the room shared where she was at on her journey and how she was either living her passion, or excited to begin carving the pathway toward doing so. I love to see women at all stages of life going after their dreams. Whether its the young professional starting out in her career, the retired empty-nester forging ahead with exciting dreams, or my teenage daughter plotting out how shell touch the world. We as women have so much to offer. We bring unique feminine qualities and grace to all that we do. I want all the beautiful women in my life to know that I see you. I appreciate you. My heart aches for your struggles and soars when I see your triumphs! I also want you to know that you can do whatever it is you want to in this life. Dont settle for anything less than you deserve. You are here to serve a purpose.
