I was just told that my Hireability Factor is very low due to the trainning Ive recieved from so many years as a fire fighter and as a corrections officer ! he stated that from both of these activitys I was to over trained to think and act independently on to broad of a scale to be able to be controlled in a normal work scenario . Seriously , , , ! ! ! I told him he had no idea how controlled any of those situations are, even if they seemed to be individuals acting on their own ! That is when he told me I was also argumentative ! !
