I was listening to a story on NPR about how Coasta Rica will be carbon neutral by 2021. One of the things they talked about was pig farms and the methane gas that is created by pig shit. Normally this methane goes in to the atmosphere and contributes to global warming, however some farms are collecting the methane and using it to power the farm. On an environmental point this is cool but what is really cool about it is in the 4th Mad Max Movie there is a town that runs on methane from pig shit. Who would of thought that a syfy idea from Mad Max Beyond Thunder dome would help fight global warming. "Bull shit." "No pig shit."
