So this new medicine, Xeljanz doesnt come in generic so my insurance wont cover it. If its a new drug with no generic I have to pay full amount! In my search I found this associated with the cost Xeljanz will have a wholesale acquisition cost of $2,055.13 for a 30-day supply (or $24,666 per year). Cost to patients will vary depending on contracts and insurance coverage. Yea, thats an option. NOT! Chronic illness/pain sucks!!! Wonder if Obamacare would cover this drug. Haha!!! Doubt it!
