I was mesmerised watching this. Brand has got an extraordinary ability to articulate in the most concise way the things that I know at a very profound level are wrong with our democracy. I think a lot of people will come out of this referendum with a new uneasiness about how their lives are directed by the political class of all stipes. This masterly deconstruction of the politician should be a standard reference. Now, I wonder if Brand would oblige by doing one of Gordon Brown, whos getting Tory bouquets for his rhetorical gymnastics delivered, you could imagine, from the pulpit - bringing the sheep, dangerously lost and gone astray, back to the fold.
