I was nominated by a friend to take part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. It is to help spread awareness of ALS disease also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease and to help raise money for the ALS Association. It is for a good cause, if youd like to take part in it please make a video explaining what ALS is, take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge and nominate others to keep spreading awareness, so we can help people in need.
