I was nominated by my friend Lisa Marie DeAngelo to express my gratitude for three things in my life everyday for a week. Im going to be in external audits all next week so, Im going to do mine all at one time. Sorry if this is breaking the rules, but Id rather do it all at one time than fail to do it on time! I nominate Judy Henderson Brink Jessica Simpson and Kimberly Green to continue this, as well! Day 1: I am thankful to God for blessing me with Chris, my son; and Carman, my daughter; and all my family. I am thankful to God for His strength when mine is waning. I am thankful to God for blessing me with such loving friends. Day 2: I am thankful to God for my health. I am thankful to God for each sunrise/sunset I am fortunate enough to witness. I am thankful to God for bringing people into my life so I can share His love through Christian kindness. Day 3: I am thankful to God for the wonderful bounty He gives me every day. I am thankful to God for sheer beauty of His creations. I am thankful to God for the opportunity to share the forgiveness He has given me. Day 4: I am thankful to God for the challenges I have in my life, which only serve to strengthen me. I am thankful to God for His patience with me when I fail Him. I am thankful to God for His guided path. Day 5: I am thankful to God for the comfort He gives when humans show themselves as mere mortals. I am thankful to God for always being with me, I am never alone. I am thankful to God for the skills which have made me successful in this life. Day 6: I am thankful to God for teaching me how to love and be loved. I am thankful to God for His constant reminder that my purpose is simple; to care for those who cannot care for themselves and to love others as He loves me. I am thankful to God for my beloved parents who are now both in His Heaven! Day 7: I am thankful to God for blessing me with HIGH emotions; a song well sung or a breathtaking vista can produce heaving sobs; abuse of children and animals can produce an entity capable of reducing The Hulk to a glob of green goo. I am thankful to God for my ability to see humor in nearly EVERY situation; it IS a coping mechanism, no doubt! I am thankful to God for the obstacles in my life; they have each contributed to who I am now.
