I was pushed way behind a person who was taught by me : Gazi Ahmed to Sachnews Jammu Kashmir My Name is General Line Teacher, popularly called MasterJee in my Neighbourhood.. I am a well respected, well Qualified, well civilized, well maintained, morally upright, socially well connected and psychologically tangible person. I have maintained my repute in my territory. Even in this modern era of development, my village fellows, who are still illiterate, come to me for filling up various forms and getting some important documents to be read before them. My children too are respected for i am nation builder. I was having no issues with anyone, because i am peacefull, i am unique in dealing with every matter. Till year 2000 i was a highest priority of Govt. On 28th of April 2000, my opponent was born vide govt order no. 396-Edu of 2000 dated 28/04/2000 in the form of infamous SSA Scheme to give me sleepless nights. This scheme had a nefarious design to torture my image and malign my respect and character. This scheme meant for socially backward areas provided SSA Schools to such areas and had a unique opportunity for the 12th failures of those areas. Immediately after passing 12th they were engaged as Rehbar-i-Taleem(ReT) popularly known as Rets. Though they were merely education volunteers but were put under nomenclature as Ret Teachers. The scheme assumed that they would work on contract basis for 5 years and based on their performance, their contract period were to be extended.. This process continued till they permanently assumed teacher name. In the year 2004, state govt vide order number 534-Edu of 2004 dated 16/06/2004 decided to confirm them to recognise their services to the dept, but only after completing 5 years of prequalifying service. On this day, their demand to consider their 5 years of contract service in regular employment was also born. My sleepless nights too started that evening. They were demanding what was actually going against me. They wanted benefit at my cost. I have been recruited through a selection board and they were recruited by village committee. Surely i was having an edge over them, for i had burnt mid night oils to secure high grades, and to go through various selection procedures of SSRB to get to such a prestigious and respected position.. My heart started to ache. The illiterate Ministers cum thieves, with Cheap Minister in chair on 19th July 2014 took a cabinet decision for vote bank to gain the empathy of these 12th failure teachers which reflected in govt order no 469-Edu of 2014 dated 25/06/2014 and gave them these five years as regular service. Though no other state in india has granted such provision to these Rets, but our state has done it to bar youth of cities and towns to avail job opportunities and grant same to village people for vote bank only. This order was a third atomic on me.. I was pushed way behind a person who was taught by me in my school and then had been engaged as Ret. He is now my boss as he is many years senior to me in this dept. Should i weep on my fate or curse these illiterates who ruined my career for political gains? My fate hangs in balance.... #Chutzpah
