I was reading other people accounts about sleep paralysis...cause It has happened to me several times but as soon as I got done reading about it ..I dozed off .I was already tired to begin with. Well, I had one...with an outer body experience as soon as I realized I could not move I started calling out The name I beleive to be God Yaweh I felt a vibrating in my spirit each time I called out the name...I tried to rise up or gey up..I got up easy but I noticed that my physical body stayed put..I saw my lifeless arm and decided to lay back in my body..I then started singing hallelujah over and over again...I heard a lot of voices talking and discussing and I made out the word teachings ...but thats all I could get.. I also believe I said in Jesuss name get me out of this sleep paralysis and a little while later I came out....It was disturbing because I thought by saying Yahweh that that would bring me out of it .but instead it caused my spirit to vibrate and hum. I wasnt afraid like last time..but I didnt like the fact that I couldnt move. There were so many voices it was hard to figure out what they were saying...It was like being In a crowded room...when I came out of it I heard LIPAVIL for heart attacks...I looked it up and it is a prescription drug for heart disease. has something like this ever happened to you?
