I was reading something I have never seen before, which was the celino and barnes document of my accident in 2003. It was the stenographers copy of all the questioning and answering between the lawyers involved and the witness (the person who hit me with his van while I was going through a crosswalk in new York) he claimed to be going 35 through the light, on the 45 mph road, which I believe to be true, or likely true! I read about how the road had 5 lanes going each way, adding up to 10, and that is counting the turning lanes that each side has. He recalled, as approaching the light that was green, that the turning lane to his left had a red light with about 4 or 5 cars and trucks waiting in the lane, and that by the time he saw me, he estimated there whas a 6 foot gap between me and him, therefore the ability to stop or hit his breaks was not possible, and estimated recalls me running/ jogging, but did not see me due to the cars in the turning lane to his left, which I had suddenly appeared from, and recalls me jumping at the last second, and in his opininion, that Iwas attemting to minimize impact at the last second, then was hit by his front left fender are of the van and smashed directly into his windsheid with my face, spiderwebbed the glass, and then was ejected approximately 30 feet ahead of him by the time his vehicle had came to a complete stop, as he had hit his breaks simultaneously as the contact between me and his vehicle were made! It helped me remember how I couldnt see him coming as well, because of that turning lane with the cars stopped, and also I dont recall knowing that it was a turning lane, as I thought it was a main lane, and therefore assumed the traffic heading in that direction was stopped! The intersections crosswalk did not work and I specifically rember waiting a long time time to cross the street, and with thew assumption that it was time to cross, or wait another 5- 7minutes, like I had been prior to making my decision to run! when I saw the van, it was too late and thought for sure Im gonna die! it was vey scary! I want to tell you all something though! I didnt see God that I rember, but it leads me back to the memory , of hearing his voice, and when u heard the voice, u knew who it was ( you just knew) and he called me by birth name, James, and said. James, my son, Your father cant handle this! I have to send you back! my dad was the only family member on the scene of the closed off intersection, and 45 minutes later, my eyes opened!! their was a docter on at the crosswalk as well who was a witness, and aid! I woke up and my dads friend, sad dont look down man! dont look, and I was temporarily paralyzed for 3 days, but was able to move my neck , and I looked, which was the scariest moment of my life, thinking, id never walk again. I was in lots of pain, yet unable to move my body and my leg was comletley cracked in half and my arm twisted and broken complety in 3 locations, including my shoulder, and my pelvis was shattered, and I had lost all the skin and tissue on my elbow, and when I got to the hospital in buffalo, they were getting ready to amputate my leg but my uncle ca, who is a doctor, and said, lets get hlife flight to Cleveland metro, where Id end up with a titanium rod in my leg instead, and today, and for along time now, Ive had a full recovery and though it was rough, Im a survivor! even through a blood transfusion, that had to be delayed and started over because the initial donor had eaten peanut butter, which I am highly allergiv too! God saves, and loves, and is real, and I am a miracle, and wont forget it! reading the document I read today brought it all back to me today! trust me and repent your sins, and find God in your life, if you dont have im in it, because I know some stuff! and have faith too! God is love
