I was really surprised just now. I had to wait a couple minutes when leaving Ollies ( a store like Big Lots) the manager was my cashier and she had to search all the women employees purses as they got off from work. I said isnt that disrespectful ? She said its a retail thing. I could understand if there was a reason to suspect to reserve the right, but not to have your purse and lunch box gone through everyday before you can leave work . Do other stores treat their employees that way???????????????? It is illegal for the police to even do that without a warrant or a good reason.
