I was relieved to see Chris Cox step up and clarify the National Rifle Associations position on Open Carry. The liberal media was saturating the airwaves with the negative comments from an NRA representative about the Open Carry Texas group and some of its members decision to open carry rifles in a public eating establishment. I support open carry. I open carry often, however I do not open carry my AR 15 or any other rifle for a number of reasons. I also refuse to join the ranks of the liberals and bash my fellow 2nd Amendment advocates regardless of whether I agree or disagree with their actions. We have enough enemies attacking us without beating each other up PUBLICLY. Notice, I used the word PUBLICLY.
