I was running on a regular basis and working outside occasionally, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I began this program...just eating the fat burning food as the suggestions. After some weeks on the workout, I discover my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the abdominal meat becomes tight... this program has give me new impetus for my stature, and I am now working hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
