I was running regularly and working outside occasionally, but I was still getting fatter... Everything changed when I started this project...just eating the fat burning food as the proposal. After some weeks on the program, I find my waist has lost 2 inches and the belly meat becomes tight... this program has give me new motivation for my figure, and I am now working hard on the road to being the best pattern in my life.
