I was so happy to receive the call by my sisters but also felt sad that the so called common rule has run out of her enthusiasm in innovating ,leading,working and she decides to be one of the followers in the company. I understand why she decides to be so cause I also feel angry with the so called common rules sometimes and try to find any chance to turn things to be in a better way then failed as being a follower again. I still remember that someone(a CEO of the company) told me " I had ever like you but also unlike you" when I decided to leave the company. Few people dare to tell the big one the truth and decides to hide the reality in the report or meeting. I was young when, knowing nothing but tell him the truth, truth is also sometimes cruel , then I got blamed. Now still, the report to the big one is also beautified , the reality is hided. The big one is happy bathing in what they prefer to know. I think it is also kind of the common rule in most of the companies here in Taiwan.
