I was so tired last night I went to bed at 9:30pm and slept for 12 hours! Now im up and taking it easy until lunchtime when I am attending the award ceremony in Cornwall! Its going to be so great to reconnect with some special people, 140 in fact! I am also really proud of myself because on the menu we had to choose between roast beef and crumble and custard (not all together :)) or fruit juice, goats cheese and roasted veg tart and fruit salad and I chose the latter! Oh my god that is an achievement! :)
