I was supposed to have my first GRE exam today and it got postponed due to political unrest in the State. The exam center advised us that ETS will send the revised dates and location choices AFTER two weeks. Havent given TOEFL too yet. At this rate, I can start applying only in November. Can somebody please answer the following questions of mine? 1. Is applying in November too late and will I stand to lose any scholarship and funding options? 2. Is it possible to just send out an initial application to the universities without any GRE or TOEFL scores, so that I can edit and add those later when I get the scores? Comments and suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
