I was tagged by Sarah Chalk to do the #ColdWaterDysautonomiaDare to raise money and awareness for Dysautonomia. I chose to use a POT of ice water because the form of Dysautonomia I have is called POTS or Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Everyone who I tag has to take a picture or video of themselves doing the challenge, and then donate $10 to Dysautonomia International. I also tag anyone who sees this and also want to participate!!
