I was taken advantage of and put in an unfit rental car for a one way rental from Hobbs to Lubbock last month. The vehicle was disgusting inside and out. I was refused a trade to another vehicle. (Probably because it was a one way rental ). The tank was 1/4 full of gas. I returned the car 3/4 of gas and was charged $28 not to mention the $240 for the less than 24 hour rental. I am a frequent traveler that will NEVER use National Car Rental again. Im tired of complaining and nothing being done about this. Attached is a short video of the vehicle. I hope someone gets this message and makes sure my experience doesnt happen to anyone else. Ill tell you - its a quick way to drop one customer (and with social media who knows ) at a time.
