I was talking to God about the events of yesterday as I laid down to sleep, and He showed me something that I have to get back up and tell you before I forget. Its really important....because some of you may be wondering WHY I didnt attempt to instruct William about the meaning of the scriptures he was asking me about. It was impossible. See.......GOD THE FATHER IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SHOW HIM THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST, and HE WASNT SHOWING HIM. Maybe you wonder WHY?? William wasnt seeking answers. He was seeking AFFIRMATION OF WHAT HE ALREADY BELIEVES. I couldnt give that to him. My interpretation of those scriptures wasnt going to satisfy him. He called the show not for answers....but instead to prove that his interpretation was superior to the man he had argued with in the chatroom. He wasnt really seeking answers....he wanted to GIVE ANSWERS. When he asked me for answers.....he desperately wanted me to affirm his interpretation - and I couldnt. Remember what Jesus said to Peter when he confessed that Jesus was the Christ. Jesus said that ONLY THE FATHER could have revealed that to Peter. THERE IS NO WAY FOR FLESH AND BLOOD TO REVEAL THAT TO SOMEONE. THAT MEANS I CANT DO IT. GOD HAS TO GIVE THEM THAT GIFT OF UNDERSTANDING PERSONALLY. WE HAVE NO ABILITY TO DO THAT. My explanation of those scriptures would have further antagonized him worse because my interpretation is very different than his. It was a test for me......and hopefully a learning experience for you.......:) Matthew 16:15. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16:16. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 16:17. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 16:18. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. THE FALSE CHURCH BUILDS UPON PETER - A MAN. THE TRUE CHURCH BUILDS UPON THE KNOWLEDGE GIVEN TO PETER THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST. I am flesh and blood, so I have no power to reveal this information to William. ONLY GOD CAN DO THAT.....AND HE WASNT. I trust that HE WILL when William is ready to hear it. Today wasnt that day.
