I was thinking this morning of what a miracle getting a dental wet - TopicsExpress

I was thinking this morning of what a miracle getting a dental wet lab organized really is. I write a list of supplies and a host of people behind the scenes at some sites in distant, far away lands make phone calls, request donations, make donations and supplies and tote things long distances to make this event happen. I cant thank enough Linda Pappalardo from Henry Schein for sending supplies to Denver, Colorado when their company wasnt even going to be there to be represented. Dr Tam Gardner for orchestrating all of it for numerous labs at the last minute. Katy Waddell, a technician that was invited to the party only 6 weeks ago whose participation, expertise and organization skills are unparalleled. Thanks for the O2, babe! She was also flanked at all times with the able help of Susie and Stephanie (sorry ladies, I do not know your last names). I also need to thank Smith Medical for supplying the Surgi-Vet equipment and anesthesia machine. I also have to give a huge shout out to Herb Clay from ImageWorks Veterinary for shipping in 4 X-ray machines. Not only did the crates fall and get destroyed, but Herb worked tirelessly for 3 days to ensure that the equipment was repaired and working so that the wet lab attendees could walk away with skills they did not originally have. I have to thank Sara Sharp for assisting in the wet labs at the last minute to give the attendants more personalized attention. I am bathed this morning with a warm fuzzy feeling of the power of a group of individuals committed to making sure our furry friends getting better care. Namaste!
