I remember it being built around 1950 & being so modern, A/C & concrete, fancy --- I saw Gone with the Wind & had never seen a movie with an intermission & I left when it happened, walked home to Carr Street, my mother explained intermission, I walked back to the movie & intermission label was still on, didnt miss a scene in the movie. 2nd photo from pool side.
