I was told Dean Warren Henry attended our performance tonight. He was very impressed with our work. And apparently Neal Smatreck (UNT president) was also listening! I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate to have had the chance to perform such a beautiful piece with an awesome group of people and supported by the best teacher God could have sent me, with whom I shared the stage with tonight. The silence at the end was so awkard yet SO fulfilling because it was louder than any other hand clap in the world. Im grateful WE were able to move the audience so much that they didnt know how to react immediately. But ultimately the main guy that made this happen was Dr. Sparks. He has been guiding every single person on the stage tonight since day one. What an honor. What an artist. What a great inspiration. Yay U Singers!!! :) :) :)
