I was told by my pediatrician to do this with my first child, It was an awful experience for both of us. She said oh hell stop crying. no he didnt and there I was feeling completely inadequate as a mother because I was told picking him up all the time was wrong. and that co sleeping was dangerous. by the time #2,3,4,5 came along it was a free for all, there was no room in the bed for Pete Martinez hahah. Saturday mornings were a dog pile of co sleeping and cartoons.
