I was watching this day become new and full of life. I am not a huge movie guy because most have to much worldly trash in them that Gods word tells me to refrain from. We have a filter that takes out profanity and such. The movie 50 First Dates came to mind. The woman character played by Drew Berrymore had a accident and her memory is damaged. She is able to wake up everyday to her routine but any interaction with others is forgotten by morning and each day starts as before. Adam Sandler plays a man who falls in love with her. He soon realizes no matter how he woos her the next day he is not remembered. He begins to leave clues of himself and letters telling her she will meet him that day. I know many would say where is this going? See everyday I want to see the good in starting each day fresh.Every day all past through the blood of Christ is gone and I can fall in love with Him fresh everyday . Remember the feeling of your first earthly love, how you were captivated and enthralled by her. It seemed you could still smell her scent and see her face even when she wasnt there. Your heart longed to hold her and be near her. Jesus said remember your first love with him. I want the same opportunity Adam Sandler had in the movie. Christ has left us clues to know and love him by and I want to fall in love with him over and over again and watch it grow sweeter everyday. Dont you want a love that never grows old?
