I was wondering how one becomes a CAC committee member. Here is what the CAC bylaws state: The chairpersons of the Planning and Development Committee and Zoning and the Variance Committee shall recommend to the Commission members of those committees who may be Commissioners or non-Commissioners. So, basically the people of Clintonville do not get to decide who is on these committees. These CAC committees are nothing more than a rubber stamping these items. There is no real representative process here, only cronyism at its finest.
