I was working at tracks yesterday, trying to get as much done as possible before the storm, had one of the songs pumping along thinking, yep, sounds good..... Then the power went out. I hope it hasnt done any damage to my computer. I try to shut everything down during storms, but the last few days Ive lost so many hours of work because of them, I pushed it a bit more yesterday. I really think that if I have to pay so much for electricity, it should be a reliable, stable supply. Blackouts in Sydney were quite rare, but here, if a dog lifts his leg on a power pole, we lose power..... Maybe I should start invoicing the power company for loss of production time.
