I was working the hole overflow and the building, for the most - TopicsExpress

I was working the hole overflow and the building, for the most part, was out. I noticed one guy was still in his cell talking. Maybe it was two? I have an inquisitive mind, I just had to know. I stuck up walked right up on the guy and there he was, cell phone in hand. So, this stoop-id person stood up as I told him to give me the phone and started toward the toilet. I reminded him I could still get him for the phone, as ANY Lieutenant in Folsom would believe me.....not him. The poor guy, tears in his eyes handed me the cell phone and told me his life story of woe. He recontured he ended up in jail because his girlfriend wanted him to spend money on her......BIG money. He was 19, I told him of they big bucks I made give him some advise on how to handle those lonley nights in the Barrio. This guy had an iPhone, a whole lot better than the one I have, since I still am using the same phone. Thank you former officer Coma, as I am sure all that money they found in former officer Comas house was contributed by that inmate. I mention former officer Coma, since that was his tier. Back on point. So these guys think they have it made? Wow, they have $100 in canteen. I can tell you, pieces of offal I have seen on the Death Row overflow (Carson Section in San Quentin), would look at that $100 and think those dudes were broke. I did not see a single Death Row inmate have anything less than a Sony Trinatron TV (at the time State of the Art) and huge boxes of canteen items, not a few bags. Remember, the era I am speaking of was 1984 to 1985. Grade A condemned inmates could draw $140 (max at the time) a month. Thanks to statist goodie-two-shoes, whom sent these people money, they all made draw. $140 went a whole lot further than those A-2-B status leaches depicted in the video.
