I was writing this morning which always feels good. Shortly afterward, I ended up starting a list of Change your Life- daily challenges. I use many of these. Can you add any to this? Do 1 thing to confuse the brain. (Puzzles , change up a routine..) Try, taste, or learn 1 new thing. Do 1 thing you think you cant do. Give 1 thing away. Take a different route. Face 1 fear. Investigate what you reject. Let go of some clutter. Turn off the TV. Unplug from everything 2 hrs. Take 30 minutes for 1 thing you say you wish you had more time for. Spend 15 minutes in silence. Say no without explanation or apology. Dance through at least 1 complete song. Thank 1 person youve been meaning to. Embrace 1 flaw or mistake. Hug 3 people. See how long you can go without talking. Write 10 reasons youd want to hang out with you. Research a trip youve always wanted to take. Compliment 1 stranger. Eat a fruit or veggie from each color of the rainbow. Sprint (or jog) as far as you can go. Write a letter or card to someone.
