I watch people who have been online as long as me or almost who have bought into many online marketing systems but they just jump from one thing to the other , never focus on actually learning about giving value and instead looking for the easy button. So now they are still doing what all the amateurs do and spamming their links on skype and wherever they can just hopping that someone is desperate enough to get excited and instantly join them. I think people think they can come online and remove any need for building relationships when in fact its needed now more than ever to build relationships. People are more skeptical, people want to do business with someone they trust and people really do want a REAL solution but often get caught up in the hype but never for long. A sale based on hype is always going to wind up back firing. If you want to see how the pros do it you follow people like Ray Higdon and Diane Hochman . They simply take the same principles as you would use offline and take them online. Keep things simple. Build relationships and provide value. Meet people on a regular basis online or offline , but establish that rapport. You really cannot escape that in this age of social media where it can be riddled with manipulation and hype. Relationship building will always out perform the auto poster madness and the lazy methods that most people think is the magic quick fix.
