I watched this video about a guy narrating a poem about how social media and the technology age has made people dumb and created limited physical connection among us. Isnt it ironic that they share the same ideas on social media through modern technology? I thank technology because I can talk to my real friends no matter how far away they are. I thank technology because we can organize events and meet up for real without much pre-preparation hassle. I thank technology because I have a map to find my way around an area and be alerted when the creepy cab driver takes a suspicious turn. I thank technology because I can share photos to my family and friends who are hundreds of miles away. I thank technology because I meet new people, learn new cultures, share my passion and feel like the world isnt really small. Now, if youre gonna go rant around about how technology and Facebook (or whatever networking site) has made us morons, kindly put your computer down and everything related to this idiotic era. Dont make videos and share it on social media - you did say its stupid!
