I went into a local bakery that also has soup, salad, and sandwiches. After watching the sandwich line assemble and dependence sandwiches, I asked an older gentleman who appeared to be in a supervisory stance, I see staff wears plastic gloves to keep everything sanitary. However, I also see them picking up the plastic flashing pagers as customers trade them in for their sandwiches. Who is washing all the grimy childrens hand-prints off of the pagers BEFORE the deli worker gathers them up? What is the use of wearing gloves when theyve just contaminated their hands, and go back to spreading mayo? Dont get me started on watching people fondle their smeared iProduct and pick up their sandwich..... Thank goodness for an immune system.
