I went next door to Rios for dinner tonight (i just copied and pasted my yelp review, thats why it sounds so proper) This is not the first or last time I will be here, because the food is phenominal, however my last expierce was kind of unacceptable. I am a fairly normal customer, seeing as Im in there more that once a week, and nearly every time I go in there, service is quick and people are friendly. However, the last time I was there, I was greeted by no one. The girl, Chelsea, had her back to her counter leaning against the other counter, texting. Normally, this doesnt bother me as much as some people because right as I walk in they put their phone down, but in this case she did not. I waited for at least two minutes (granted two minutes isnt really that long, but it feels like it is when youre waiting to place an order) before on of the cooks told her to turn around. All she said was opps and stood waiting for me to place my order. Aside from that, service was quick and the food was delicious, my meal was practically ready right after I paid, because I order the same thing everytime. The point of this review is not to steer people away, because they really have great food, but rather to make Rios aware of this issue. Cheers!
